Which is better, NCAA football or NFL football?

One league employs paid professional athletes that play 16 games per year for the right to earn a playoff bid and compete for a World Championship. The other league is a corrupt, scandal-ridden organization that features student athletes who compete in a 12 game season for the right to play in mostly meaningless bowl games. So why is NCAA Football so much better than NFL Football?
