When former Robert Morris coach Mike Rice took the head coaching job at Rutgers there were many implications that Pitt assistant Brandon Knight would follow him.Recently Ray Mernagh of NBEbasketball.com wrote an article about Knight and his position with the Panthers as well as his conversation with Rice. I highly recommend checking it out. One thing is certain, it will not be long before Knight’s solid recruiting and high basketball IQ land him a head coaching job at a smaller school.
